They sent me a recurring invoice without my consent two weeks before the original invoice's due date, even though I had told them I'm auditing provide...
rs and planning to switch because I wasn't content with their service or the 100% price jump from the first year to the second. They failed to respond and just charged my credit card. Now I might take legal action. Avoid at all costs. They don't have any kind of customer service and are clearly screwing their paying existing customers.
