The worst support I've ever had

Customer service is completely unreasonable. After my subscription ended, they renewed it automatically without telling me and just charged my card. I...
contacted them the same day it renewed, begging them to cancel, but they refused. They even threatened to send me to collections and destroy my credit score if I tried to dispute the charge with my bank. I tried to be calm and talk it out, but they wouldn't listen. Never, ever use this company. There are so many other good hosting providers out there; just avoid these guys completely.

oesn't work. It's not as flexible as other providers like dreamhost or hostinger. I wanted to give them a try as they could use providers like digitalocean or aws. But 'startup coolness' aside... doesn't work at all their service.
