Billing for non-existent service & Hardware failure - Ticket 16240117031 I have been paying for a 2TB SSD for 5 days. Their own tech support admitt...

To make it worse, they are currently advertising 4TB for half the price I'm paying for a broken 2TB. This is predatory billing.
