I submitted a support ticket two days ago, and I’m still awaiting a response. Their own help documentation states they will reply within a few hours, yet it has been four days with no communication. In over 15 years of managing fan sites, I have never encountered a hosting provider this unresponsive. Their forums are filled with users in similar situations: accounts suspended without any human examination or a way to contest the decision. It seems like everything is automated, and once you’re flagged, you’re finished... there’s no opportunity for discussion. This entire experience served as a tough lesson: don’t depend on a “free” hosting service for your content or SEO endeavors. Now, I have to reconstruct my links and rankings from scratch. Spare yourself the hassle and steer clear of InfinityFree. It’s inconsistent, lacks clarity, and provides no genuine support.
