restoring a backup took two hours

i just moved my site to hostinger after being with wp engine for years. had a plugin bug and needed to restore the latest backup. it took two hours. m...

y site was down for two full hours. that's not okay. now i'm actually scared to do any restores again. i talked to their ai for 30 minutes until i got so frustrated i demanded a human. the human basically just told me to wait. not happy at all with hostinger right now.
