Won't Use Them Again

As someone new, they suggested a plan they claimed would fit my online shop perfectly, but it was all wrong. Tech help wasn't up to par, and it took w...

eeks for them to admit I needed a different setup after my site kept overloading the processor. Using tickets means waits, and they even messed up by canceling early, so no backups for moving. Not good for important business sites that need quick responses.
