Be wary of their renewal policy

I chose GreenGeeks for their low prices, but my renewal experience was terrible. My renewal was set for December 1, and I tried to cancel on November ...

29, but they said I needed to cancel a month in advance. That policy doesn't make sense to me. They automatically renewed me for three years and charged over $600, then refused a refund. It felt like a trap. Most companies let you cancel closer to the renewal date, but GreenGeeks doesn't. I'd advise staying away to avoid frustration.

The worst server and support I've ever dealt with

I'm writing this review after making my final decision. I'm giving them 1 star, but honestly, they don't even deserve that. I've been a regular custom...

er for a while, with unlimited hosting plans, and eventually I moved to their server. First, I got a 4-slice server and had issues. They refused to help and told me I needed to buy at least 8 slices to get any support. So I bought the 8-slice plan and paid them. After that, my domains would only work for 2 or 3 days each month, but they kept charging me every month. When I try their live chat, they don't respond properly. I waited 10-15 minutes for a single reply, and when they did reply, they just said to create a ticket. If I have to create a ticket, what's the point of live support? Today I reached out to their live support and someone named 'Vidu' replied after 15 minutes saying 'How may I help you'. I sent a long message explaining my issue, and he just said 'team is working on your ticket' without explaining what was wrong with the server. I sent 7-8 more messages, and after 10 minutes he said 'I can understand how frustrating this is for you' and then ignored me. I waited another 15 minutes with no reply. Worst experience with Interserver. Worst support. Worst server. They only care about your money, not your trust.
