Have you ever tried to open an account for 4 weeks? No matter what I did, called them, emailed them but every time I got a different answer. I c...

ould not open an account because their system kept refusing my address and they don't care to fix it. There is no sales supervisor, the security team never answered my emails or calls, it's only available during one timezone and they are so big that nobody can do anything for me to open an account. Be wary of their renewal policy

I chose GreenGeeks for their low prices, but my renewal experience was terrible. My renewal was set for December 1, and I tried to cancel on November ...

29, but they said I needed to cancel a month in advance. That policy doesn't make sense to me. They automatically renewed me for three years and charged over $600, then refused a refund. It felt like a trap. Most companies let you cancel closer to the renewal date, but GreenGeeks doesn't. I'd advise staying away to avoid frustration.
