I chose GreenGeeks for their low prices, but my renewal experience was terrible. My renewal was set for December 1, and I tried to cancel on November ...
29, but they said I needed to cancel a month in advance. That policy doesn't make sense to me. They automatically renewed me for three years and charged over $600, then refused a refund. It felt like a trap. Most companies let you cancel closer to the renewal date, but GreenGeeks doesn't. I'd advise staying away to avoid frustration.
