Treated like a criminal over a small order

I made a simple $3 order with them, expecting an easy setup like I've had with other hosting companies. Instead, they flagged my order for review and ...

demanded I send a copy of my ID and part of my debit card. This felt completely unnecessary since I gave them correct information and never had this issue with other shared hosting providers. They also suggested I might be using their service for something against their rules. If you want to be treated like you're doing something illegal just because their fraud system made a mistake, then go ahead. No good hosting company should treat paying customers like potential criminals over a $3 shared hosting plan. I asked for a refund right away. I won't do business with a company that treats customers this way.
