mxNAP is a poor provider with unreliable support

This hosting provider lures you in with cheap prices, but once you sign up with mxNAP, you’ll notice their servers are slugish and prone to issues. ...
On top of that, their support team isn’t very helpful and drags their feet when it comes to resolving problems. I wouldn’t recommend them for any serious projects.... better to go with a more trustworthy provider! There are hundreds of them.
