eeks for them to admit I needed a different setup after my site kept overloading the processor. Using tickets means waits, and they even messed up by canceling early, so no backups for moving. Not good for important business sites that need quick responses.

My VPS crashed and I still don't know why

I had a really worrying experience with LW over the last day. Our VPS was under a huge load, reading 134 when it should be 1 or less. I put all our...

domains into attack mode on Cloudflare, but it didn't change anything. I then turned off our ecommerce websites, and still no change. So our VPS was struggling badly even though all our services were disabled. That means the load wasn't coming from us! Then we got a message on a support ticket saying it was caused by a spike in a .TV domain that doesn't belong to us. Basically, it sounded like our VPS resources were being used by another customer! They said later it was a 'typo', but honestly that explanation fits what happened because nothing I did on our sites made any difference to the load. I'm still waiting for a real explanation that doesn't make it seem like they're doing something wrong against my small family business. This is supposed to be premium hosting and we can't accept failures like this.
