I’ve never dealt with a company as terrible as this one.

I paid for my server upfront, even tossing in extra cash beyond the monthly fee to ensure everything ran smoothly. But these “experts” completely wipe...
d my server, destroying all my critical data in the process. To top it off, they had the audacity to blame me for their screw-up! I pushed back, proved it was their fault, and all I got was a lame, “Sorry, we’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again.” Really? They obliterated a fully paid, functioning server and thought a flimsy apology would fix it. They even had the gall to suggest I set up a new server as if I’d trust them not to botch it again. That server was running a program with irreplaceable data. Honestly, save yourself the headache and avoid these folks. I wouldn’t wish a company like Unihost on anyone.

This is the worst customer support I have ever seen. They are incredibly slow to reply and the hosting has constant downtime. I opened a support ticke...
t with Mochahost and waited 5 whole days with no answer. I had to open new tickets just to get any response. I think my first ticket could have been ignored for 15 or even 30 days. Their agents do not read the messages or the full conversation. Every time a different agent replies with a random, canned response that doesn't solve the problem. It seems like their agents are not fluent in English and just send AI-generated replies. No real person ever reads it, so your problem never gets fixed. Do not use this web host. They will ruin your website and damage your business.
