They are protecting criminals on their servers

Ultahost is knowingly hosting a criminal website called peeslow.group that sells fake Euro notes. This is a serious felony. I sent a report to their A...

buse team with all the details, but they just refused to take it down. Their only reason? I used a Gmail address. They are protecting criminals operating from their Frankfurt data center, even with the risk of police seizure. They rejected my report completely.

Worst Hosting & Support I've Ever Had

I had a really bad time with NameHero. Their support team totally wasted my time and showed no professionalism at all. First off, they wouldn't give m...

e proper access to the control panel, so I couldn't even manage my own website. Also, my package was supposed to have daily backups, but when I asked for them, they suddenly said "we don't have them." That's just not okay. Instead of owning up to it, their support team started blaming me, saying I must have done something wrong, even though I didn't do anything. I've been using hosting for years and no other company acts like this. I've used a few other hosts before, and other companies give much better support, quick answers, and real fixes. NameHero's support is slow, not helpful, and honestly it feels like they just don't want to do their job. If you care about your time, your data, and getting real help, stay away from NameHero. This was honestly one of the worst hosting support experiences ever.
