Scam Activity Suspected

I paid a 2-year fee for our Domain/ website and had the receipt. Network Solutions claimed the receipt was false and demanded another annual fee I pai...
d a day late. Since I was late, they closed our website and then demanded another fee to reactivate our website, total fees of over $70. Now Network Solutions demands another $120 fee for "website protection." I did not request this and doubt it is a valid service. They are threatening to destroy all our website information if I do not pay for protection. This demand may be a scam, but I have been unable to get any answers from Network Solutions.

Absolute nightmare, stay away

This is an update so people know what's really going on. We've had 38 domains with Namesilo since 2013. The new management sold one of our domains and...
then demanded crypto to give it back. All our sites are down, costing us around GBP 250,000 a day across 26 countries. We have all the proof. They're not a legit registrar anymore, it's turned into something else entirely with hostage situations and ransom demands. Do you really want to trust them with your domains? We're trying to get all ours out now.
