y service would stay fully working for a 14-day grace period. I planned to pay within those 14 days based on that. But just one day later, my hosting was turned off without any warning. Now all my websites are down and Google is re-checking them, which is really hurting my business and SEO. Right now, I don't even have an active card to pay because my new card is still coming from the bank. This kind of mistake from support is totally wrong and very unprofessional. Also, the hosting has always been very slow with lots of long outages. I'm extremely disappointed with both the support and how reliable the service is.
