Can a provider change or delete a user review on their profile?

No, providers cannot change or delete user reviews on HostDean.
User reviews on HostDean are created by the user and are not editable or deletable by any provider.
Yes, you can edit your reviews at any time.
Simply go to the provider reviews page, find the review you want to change, and click the "Edit Review" button.

Yes, you can get your company profile removed from HostDean. However, we only remove listings from HostDean if the hosting company has been permanently closed.

We make this decision to protect the integrity of the HostDean community and our users and prevent abuse of this feature by hosting companies. For example, we are aware that some providers with a higher number of negative user reviews want to hide these reviews from the public by removing their company profile and that is against our mission of helping users know how good or bad a hosting company is.

If you want to remove your company listing from HostDean, we recommend that you make sure that your company information is up to date. In order to claim and edit your company profile on HostDean, please: claim your profile or login to HostDean Business dashboard.

If your company has been permanently closed and you want to get its profile removed from HostDean, you can submit a request to remove it. Please contact us with the documents that prove that and we will delete the listing from our site.
