I recently purchased their Turbo hosting expecting the promised "unlimited storage" but I quickly found out it's misleading. In reality, there’s a strict cap on the number of folders and files you can create, which is far from the flexibility I was led to believe.
On top of that, A2's technical support is extremely slow, sometimes it takes over an hour to get a response, which isn’t ideal when you’re dealing with urgent issues.
Decent cheap hosting with good support
A2 is a reliable provider, their customer support is great and are always willing to help.
But, to be honest with you, don’t expect the higher speed and better performance from their regular web hosting plans. If that’s what you’re looking for and you can spend a little more on web hosting, go ahead and upgrade to their Turbo plans.
