AccuWeb Hosting Review

I've been a customer at Accuweb hosting since 2011 and I've never had any problems with their platform. No downtime, no issues, my websites have always been online. I barely even have to check my VPS and almost forget my technical skills and passwords.

When I needed new services and yearly SSL renewals they were very helpful and solved everything quickly with just a few emails.
Their service is the most reliable one I've ever experienced. I tell everyone to use them.

Our website has been hosted on Accu Web Hosting since 2004.
Small problems that come up sometimes get fixed quickly, and big issues don't happen often, but when they do, they handle them well.
The technicians are always nice and answer fast when we have questions.

Excellent service, I've been with them for several years, and if I ever had a problem, which hasn't been often, their technical guys and customer service are there to help, and they're quick too. The price is good also, I never feel like I need to find another provider for this service.

I haven't had much tech support experience with AccuWebhosting yet, but as far as how fast they respond to tickets, these people are really quick. I think that's maybe the most important thing in this business. My issues have been pretty simple but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and I'll let you know when things get more complicated.

A few months back, I moved my Blog to Accu Web hosting because it was cheaper than my previous host. The price was good but I was doubtful. My doubts were unnecessary. Today when I tried to access my site, I got warnings on both Safari and Chrome that my site wasn't secure. I went to the Accu Web site and entered the tech help section. It took about 45 minutes with back and forth chatting but they fixed the issue. As an older person, I really don't like chat and prefer talking to someone. I have to say that the Accu Web tech people are patient, capable and easy to work with. I should mention there were some issues getting the site set up and moved over but, again, through chat, all problems were fixed successfully. At this point, I highly recommend Accu Web hosting both for its reasonable prices and its excellent tech support.

Great Support, Fast responses

I've been using Accuweb for over 15 years. The hosting platform is easy to use and I've hosted multiple websites at Accuweb. Their customer service is great and they provide support quickly when you need it.

Things weren't smooth at first because I was moving from a company that went out of business to AccuWeb, but the professional 24/7 support I got managed to solve my complicated issue and transition over the weekend and now my website is running. I can't say enough about how dedicated they were.
