We spent over two hours on the phone, and Matthew and his crew were so patient and professional, making sure everything was set up right and secure. They walked me through setting up access rights, connecting via VPN, and arranging permissions so my developer could work smoothly while keeping my business data safe.

Finally! A tech company that actually puts people first. I can hardly believe I'm saying this, but yes, there's a company that genuinely cares about individuals, not just customers. They really prioritize people, and their dedication blows me away. They're amazing!

The problems eventually got fixed, which is why I'm giving three stars, but I felt the support techs weren't helpful at all. They should have seen that the resizing wasn't working after a few minutes and escalated it, but they told me to wait, which left my 50+ employees and thousands of customers unable to access our platform.

We're definitely going to look into other hosting options for the future because we can't rely on Atlantic for quick help when a server fails.
We have over 30 clients using Atlantic, so it's really frustrating when this happens, especially since we've given them lots of referrals.

I'm very impressed with Atlantic. The setup is super easy and there's no confusing jargon to get a VM running. I haven't logged in for the last two months because I've been sick, but knowing I can log in and my VPN works perfectly is reassuring. Service outages don't seem to affect my server. China and Russia were causing issues, but Atlantic's extra security has been spot on. My experience shows that even when I'm away, my server runs fine, which should comfort others. The prices are very reasonable, and I love that it's straightforward, unlike AWS. I fully recommend them.
