Totally Disappointed: Unstable After Moving to WHM cPanel
Reseller
I moved all my client websites to this company's WHM cPanel reseller and it's been nothing but trouble since then. Before, I had issues maybe once a month and I thought they could fix it for good. Now we have major problems every other day; sometimes the sites have been offline for two whole days.
I'm fed up with reporting problems they can't fix. This company just can't provide a stable service, and I'm putting this out there so you think hard before moving your clients over.
I'll come back and update this after the service stays stable and problem-free for at least 90 days straight. I'll make sure to let you know if this company ever shows they can actually be a serious, competent provider.

I want to share what happened with BigCloudy's hosting to help others thinking about their plans. I bought their Ultimate Web Hosting Plan and ran into several problems that really hurt my website.
The biggest worry was long server downtime - my site was totally unreachable for more than three days, several times. What made it worse was the company didn't tell me anything beforehand. I only found out when I checked my site myself, no warnings or updates were sent.
If your site gets daily visitors or your business needs to be online all the time, these long outages could be a real problem. Having servers down for 2-3 days with no notice can hurt visitor experience, search rankings, and business for people who need to be online constantly.
When I contacted support, they were nice on the phone, but they couldn't give clear fix times or good details about the technical issues. That left me unsure when my site would be back up.
About their compensation, if you lose business or customers because their servers go down, their usual fix is to add a few extra days to your hosting. But that small compensation doesn't make up for actual business losses, missed chances, or customer trust that gets damaged from long downtime.
Nowadays, steady uptime is key for any online presence. While BigCloudy's prices might look good at first, people should really think if the reliability fits their needs, especially if their business depends on staying online.

woocommerce hosting
I bought their woocommerce hosting plan 3 days ago. Here's my review for before and after the sale: The sales support is awesome. They answer everything in detail any time, even late, and give good recommendations on what you need. The servers so far are good speed and no downtime. The migration done by the support team is fast and they handle problems in detail. They will reply to you even in the middle of the night, real 24/7 support. So far they are the best hosting I've ever tried. If you want good service and support with a competitive price, I recommend them. You get more than you pay for. Personally very satisfied.
