I recently opened a new account with Bluehost to test out their services, since I’d used them in the past. Due to some personal reasons, I needed to cancel my subscription within the 30-day window.

Their support team was really helpful. They processed my cancellation quickly, and I received a full refund without any hassle.

I’m grateful for the understanding and efficient assistance. It’s reassuring to know that companies still stand behind their policies with kindness and speed.

I was really pleased with the Bluehost agent I spoke with earlier today. She was helpful, clear, and even offered to request a faster activation for my email after mentioning the typical 24–48 hour wait. I truly appreciated her effort and attitude.

That said, my email still isn’t working, and the status shows things are still connecting. I’m hoping it resolves soon, and I’m glad they’re continuing to monitor it on their end. A little patience was required, but the support itself was solid.

I noticed my website was down on a Sunday afternoon and wasn’t sure what to expect reaching out for support on a weekend.

I also really prefer using chat over phone support, especially since I’m a bit hard of hearing. With text, there are no issues with accents or volume; everything is clear and easy to follow.

My one suggestion for Bluehost would be to help agents guide users on how to maintain longer chat sessions. Mine dropped a couple of times, and I learned that enabling sound in your browser can help stabilize the connection. It would be useful if agents had a simple guide they could share for adjusting this setting in different browsers.
