Completely full of errors and bugs, it's really terrible.

ClawCloud is a scam, no matter what project you try to set up, it won't work. The scam works by tricking people into buying a premium plan and then just not replying to emails asking for help. The free tier doesn't work either. Avoid completely.

Paid and got nothing back. Paid these guys for the premium plan on ClawCloud Run Service and didn't get anything. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY - THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER THEIR EMAILS. SCAMMERS.

I paid for a VPS and after a few months I can't log into my account even though I didn't get any emails about a password change or anything. The 2FA backup codes didn't work either. Tried a few times to contact customer support but got no reply. The best thing you can do is just look for a more reliable provider.

Paying is fast and easy, but when you need to find customer support, there's just no way to get to them. I was on the Free Plan before. After upgrading the app recently, it got stuck in Creating, 0/36 pod status and is totally useless. I thought upgrading to a Paid Plan would fix it, but it turns out I can only make new apps in the paid zone. My old app in the free zone has lots of important data and workflows I need to move - that was the main reason I upgraded. Now, even as a paying customer, I still can't get to my original app or move my data. Do they expect me to rebuild everything from nothing? Even worse, there's no clear way to ask for a refund or make a complaint. This is a horrible experience for users!

The @clawcloud service is a scam with no after-sales support. After buying their Hobby plan service for $30, they didn't reply to emails for a week, and there was no answer from ticket support. Looking at their official docs, their paid plan service product looks like a scam. The services and products built on Alibaba Cloud aren't looked after by anyone, which makes me think this is a scam. The ClawCloud Run Discord and official help center community aren't maintained or answered, and there are many bugs that aren't fixed. This is what we're dealing with. Even after buying the paid version, they don't reply to emails or support tickets. This kind of product service, this kind of money-grabbing provider, is really not reliable. If you can't provide the paid commercial services you promise, then don't hurt other people. Has CLAWCLOUD RUN completely stopped its services? There is no after-sales support. After buying their Hobby plan service (30 USD), they didn't reply to emails for a week, and no feedback from the ticket system either. The paid member area is not available, and neither support tickets nor emails get replies. Neither Discover nor the official help community is answering messages. I bought their one-year paid membership, it's very frustrating.

Tried out [run.claw.cloud]. I can't get much from the free version, even with the $5 free credits they gave from GitHub sign-up.
My pods are unhealthy, and I doubt I can run my services reliably here.

Thought about upgrading then, to see if anything would change. After upgrading, the plan didn't change. I'm still on free tier, and went to look for support. Looking at the help page is like a horror movie. So many questions and support requests, not answered even after months. I can say I just wasted my money on a brick. I don't want to wait for literal months just to get one support message. Leaving the review as is.

The plan got upgraded, but I got no notification or support messages back. Even after waiting so long to get my plan working, I still can't recommend this service because their Support is this bad.

They don't care about anything except taking people's money, when you ask something about the VDS they just ignore you, and when you ask about buying and refunds they basically reply right away, your network speed gets slowed to 8Mbps during what they call instances high demand time automatic allocation, they are just an Alibaba Cloud reseller and they don't guarantee anything, don't buy from them, if you really need Alibaba Cloud, buy from Alibaba Cloud itself.

I think Clawcloud is a scam because I signed up for the service but it wasn't activated after 24 hours. I sent a support request with no answer.

The company sells a 1gbps VDS with 2TB data transfer per month! but after buying, I only used about 3gb data outbound, it limited my speed to 10mbps data transfer in and 1mbps speed for data transfer out.

I contacted support via ticket to ask about the problem I only got:
The issue you're experiencing might be due to the carrier's QoS. Please log into the server and do a speed test to rule out any carrier influence. If the speed test results on the server side do not meet expectations, it could be that your server triggered a bandwidth throttling mechanism, which will automatically lift after the server hasn't occupied bandwidth for a certain period.

What does that maybe mean?
They don't even find a solution or give any explanation, absolutely not. They closed the ticket.
