The AI bot was quick to try to help and offer the option to speak to a human. The wait time to be connected with a human was very reasonable. Sameer Akhtari was able to understand what I needed help with, didn't judge me for making the mistake to begin with, and got it fixed and back up and running quickly. I had been too impatient to get a previously deleted server restored and clicked restore more than once.

Muhammad and Faraz helped me fix a problem I’d been struggling with for three days. I even opened two high-priority tickets trying to get help (no real help there). Who knew caching could cause so many issues? The funny thing is, I had already cleared the cache before asking for help—but they dug deeper, found the real errors, and now my site is running perfectly.
