First, let me say that I would be rating Cloudways 1 Star if it were not for the call I got today from Usman Maqbool, my Customer Success Manager. My experience trying to get information and set up a server had been extremely frustrating with my sales rep (Zain) rescheduling my walkthrough call 3 separate times. Also, when I decided to go ahead and set up my cloud server myself, the application told me there is "a temporary limitation on your account" - with no explanation - and I couldn't proceed. Trying then to contact the person listed as my Dedicated Account Manager (Goke Pelemo) also failed as the app couldn't find his Calendar to schedule a call. I've since learned he left the company more than a month ago. In short, my experience was a nightmare and I had already set up an account with Hostwinds when I got a call from Usman. Usman spent over an hour with me getting my server set up, explaining settings, walking me through steps, showing me where to get extra help and documents, etc. No question here - he's the reason I'm now your customer and the reason I'm giving 5 Stars and not 1.

We host a website with heavy traffic where uptime is very important. The (old) application was not built to be very performant, but the Cloudways team is always ready to help instantly on the server side.
