Cloudways Review

I am not a technical person AT ALL. So I was stressed TF out when I got some critical alerts from Cloudways affecting my small business's website. I was assigned Muteeb who calmly explained what was happening and even fixed my issue in 20 minutes without me having to do anything.... he was a wizard! If you are not a technical person and want world class support that can easily fix your issues... then I can't recommend cloudways enough.

Sameer Akhtari knows a lot and was able to fix my 'slow website' problem quickly.

Cloudways has been great. Their customer support is their big plus point.

I had a coding issue with our app that I had no idea how to fix. This meant our university-wide system was down!

I continue to be amazed by the support from the Cloudways Team. My most recent experience was about a DNS issue that was holding up the full launch of our new site. Mr. Brijesh Kumar stepped in to our request with empathy and enthusiasm, taking the bull by the horns and helping to fix our conflict within minutes. Not sure which is stronger, Cloudways' support, or their hosting products, but together they're a no-brainer, and we're delighted to be working with them.

I have been using cloudways for 2 years now. I think it is a bit worrisome that the cloudways website is often slow and not working properly. If they can´t get their website to work properly, how should it work for yours? Anyways, I have been considering a switch if it wasn´t for the hassle of doing so.

Every time Zeeshan helps me it's 5 star service, this guy goes above and beyond and really sets the bar for what you expect as far as service is concerned, I really don't often leave reviews, but I just had to for this one.

Having been with Cloudways for a number of years, their customer service is great and they are quick to try and resolve problems.

I had an issue with my WordPress site where the LiteSpeed Cache plugin showed an error: “QUIC.cloud service nodes cannot reach your WP REST endpoints.” Even though my REST API was working fine in the browser, the plugin could not connect to QUIC.cloud service nodes. When I contacted Cloudways support, I was connected with Javiria Ahmed from the technical team. She was very patient and clear in guiding me. She quickly found that the issue was caused by the QUIC.cloud IP ranges being blocked by the server firewall. Javiria Ahmed took the time to whitelist all the official IP ranges for me, even though it was a long list, and kept me updated the whole time. After the firewall changes were made, the error disappeared, and my LiteSpeed Cache plugin successfully connected to QUIC.cloud nodes. Everything is working perfectly now. I really appreciate Javiria Ahmed’s professionalism, patience, and detailed support. This was a great customer service experience, and I highly recommend Cloudways for their reliable and quick support. Date of experience: August 31, 2025
