This creates frustration, especially when services are down. For example, I had a case where it took 6 days for Contabo to inform me that the account restore option had been enabled. During those 6 days of downtime, who assumes responsibility for the impact?

I understand that services must be paid in advance. However, for customers who have maintained accounts for more than a year, I suggest allowing a longer grace period before suspension or deletion — for example, 10 days instead of 2.
