While the service itself works well and is one of the cheapest out there, they often randomly change their pricing dispite you having a preexisting contract or agreement. For example they ran a few campaigns for lifetime price at X for new or upgraded plans. I upgraded to get the so called 'lifetime' price then a year later they increased it by 20% saying you can always cancel if you don't agree. They have done that 2x already to the supposed lifetime price. which is now 40% higher than originally agreed.
