Domain.com's customer service and chat support were incredibly helpful
The customer service and chat support were incredibly helpful, especially for someone like me who’s inexperienced. They were patient, knowledgeable, and truly trustworthy in assisting me.
Misleading cancellation policy
Their auto-renewal system charges you a month before the renewal date, and you can’t cancel your subscription online. You can only disable auto-renewal for the following year. According to their site, "Per the TOS, domain names cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased… We do not have a process for canceling a domain, but you can disable the domain’s Auto-Renew functionality."

I was charged for a domain I had intended to use but ended up never using (I had completely forgotten about it). I contacted Domain.com, and they quickly refunded the charges and canceled all services to ensure I wouldn't be billed again. The support team was professional, understanding, and truly amazing in resolving my issue, which helped reduce my stress significantly.
The worst hosting provider on the market right now.
This is hands down the worst hosting provider on the market right now. I signed up for their WordPress hosting two days ago, and so far, I’ve had to contact support five times just to set up the simplest WordPress site. They charge $33 per site just to install SSL, which is ridiculously expensive and completely unnecessary. On top of that, they charge extra for every little thing you need to add to your site. As a marketer with experience using various hosting providers, my best advice is to stay far away from Domain.com.
