I got support from Naomi Marshall and I have to say, he is one of the best support people I've ever dealt with. Right from the start he was patient, knew his stuff inside out, and really wanted to fix my website problems. He understood my tricky situation fast and gave clear solutions without confusing me with tech talk. His calm way of doing things made the whole process easy. He didn't just fix the problem, he made sure everything was working even better than before. It's not often you find someone so good at their job who also treats customers with such care.

The support from Amit today was just brilliant. I'd been trying to figure out an issue with a website on our server from EUKHost and he didn't only fix that site, he also sorted out a related problem with the server setup. I've been with EUKHost for a long time now and they've always been really supportive and quick to fix any issues that come up. Today my websites had a problem because the disk space got full, which messed up the SSL certificate (I'm not really sure what that means!) and made my sites insecure. I was really relieved when Sammy M. on the chat sorted it all out in no time. Thank you so much, Sammy. Really appreciate it.

Nicolas was super patient and really knew what he was talking about. It was actually nice talking to him. His phonetic alphabet was a bit rusty though, he got one letter wrong and it confused me a bit when he kept saying OK after every letter, like "HOTEL ok ALPHA ok", instead of just spelling the word. But apart from that small thing, I really enjoyed him helping and sorting out my lack of IT skills.

I just finished a long and pretty complicated chat with Sammy M who solved a really subtle issue for us and got us moving forward with confidence. The help from Sammy M was outstanding.

They are always so helpful. I had to renew the SSL Certificate today and as usual, I had no idea how to install it. I contacted customer services and Aaron Galer was really helpful. If you're not good with computers like me, these things can be a nightmare, so it's a huge relief when someone helpful steps in. Replies are always quick too, can't recommend them enough.

Today Andrew helped me get access to my cPanel account because I hadn't used it in ages. The support he gave was nothing less than excellent, just like it always is! Thank you Andrew

Support helped me restore a VPS that had gone offline because the server load was too high and memory was exhausted.

Hector C was quick to respond during the live chat, rebooted the server promptly, and helped confirm services were back online. We also talked about problems sending emails from WordPress, including SMTP setup and limits, which helped me understand the next steps for making forms and email delivery more reliable.

Overall, it was helpful and professional support during a pretty critical issue.
