A really bad time trying to cancel
I had a awful experience with FastComet when I tried to cancel a service. The whole thing is a hassle, clearly made to tire you out and make you pay more for something you don't even use anymore. I did everything they said: I cancelled each service and also opened a ticket asking to close the account completely. I checked a few days later and the ticket was closed with no reason. I opened it again and asked once more. Even after that, they tried to charge me again weeks later. When I contacted support again, they told me I had to open another ticket and, of course, pay again. A complete mess, not clear at all, and shows they don't care about the customer. I would not suggest them to anyone.
My issue was fixed fast and they were nice about it

- I used regular hosting, which is enough for pretty busy sites. There's no limit on sites, and the memory is good.
- I had a VPS, but I didn't like it. Viruses got in, new folders got infected, and sites just crashed.
- I tried a dedicated server. Oh, that's great, especially after they optimized it.
