I can't access my ForexVPS.net VPS and chat help had me wait for 26 minutes. Last thing you need is to be blocked from your vps.....
I restarted twice, connected via web browser or at least I tried...nope.

Good first experience with a VPS
I never used a VPS before, didn't even know what it was. It's next level stuff for trading honestly. Good price, easy to install and use. The connection is good and it doesn't crash. I got an MT5 VPS, was setting it all up but then my MT5 EA wasn't compatible. These guys helped me out big time, keep it up, smashed it 🙌🏻
VPS keeps freezing for minutes
My VPS keeps freezing up for like 4 to 5 minutes at a time. I tried all the updates they told me to do, nothing changed. I'm only running 2 MT5 terminals now, but six months back I could run 4 with no trouble at all. Something's different with their service and they won't fix it. I emailed and got sent a list of basic things to try, stuff I already do anyway like windows updates. Their chat says it answers in 3 minutes but it took 25 minutes last time I tried. That's not live chat. Right now I've been waiting in chat for over an hour. If you need help, they are not ready to give it.
Terrible VPS
They sell a service that's supposed to support up to 6 MT5 terminals. I have 4 running and the VPS is constantly stuck. I've made several reports, they did some work on it, but nothing that fixed it for good. At this point I have zero trust, but I paid for a whole year and it's really annoying.
Had slow VPS but they fixed it fast
My VPS was reacting slow, so I started a chat on the site and gave them an MRT report. After 20 minutes they said "try now", and wow, it's super fast now, feels like I'm on my own computer. Found a good home for my trading program

Frozen a lot during peak times, useless
Right now I'm connected to your London server and during busy hours the lag is so bad it can take 5 minutes just to open a file. I contact support, they say they make "some adjustments" and it's okay for a day or two, then it starts again. I've been dealing with this for over a month. I upgraded three times and changed servers three times, meaning I had to set everything up again three times. Today during the BTC spike it froze again and while I tried to adjust a stoploss in MT5 I missed the spike. By the time I switched to the MT5 app on my phone, the spike was gone, still couldn't access my server because the remote desktop was frozen. This cost me $2000 and it's not the first time. From what I've heard, this is because you oversell your capacity and it can't handle the traffic when it's busy. I'm on the 10 core, 12GB plan. My CPU usage is under 5% and memory under 30%. This has been going on for over a month. There are a bunch of people on my trading forum with the same issues. Support hasn't answered my emails for over 5 hours now and the chat support just says they're working on it, like they have been for the last month. Who's going to pay me back for the $2000 I lost today because of your technical problems? No one. Who suffers? Me and all the other people on the forum dealing with this. What will we do? Trustpilot, Google reviews and Facebook are our last try to get this fixed... we just want it solved so it stops costing us money, it makes us sick to see all the money you spend on marketing while your promises about 100% uptime are just a dream for us....please help us...
