I am new to the VPS space. The process, onboarding and setup instructions were very clear and it was relatively easy to follow.

What I really appreciate was the time and attention that I got from the two support reps (Dami and Erwin) that helped me when I had questions. Neither made me feel "small" or stupid. They addressed my issue and were understanding of my problem, you don't see that very much in technical support.

I really appreciate the humanity of the staff at ForexVPS.

The support employee Rowe really helped me well after my card payment was declined. It was annoying, but it's good to know that they value honesty highly and scammers cannot use and pay for their services with stolen means.

Quick service from Nivin, resolving a hold-up with my second VPS.

I now have two custom VPSes for hosting Metatrader 5 Expert Advisors, one in London, one in New York, both customised with maximum specifications.

I went through other VPS providers before finding ForexVPS and staying with them.

My experience so far has been solid. Super easy setup, support replies fast, the price is reasonable, the connection is stable. Zero complaints.

After several thoughts and search I decided to go with Forex VPS services for my new Trading and after using it found out to be very good and feasible and would highly recommend others to go for it as well.. there are several packages you can choose from.

I did not give 5 stars for a few reasons:
On the first day I activated my VPS, I had to contact customer support three times to fix my issues. I even had to replace my VPS with a new one through ForexVPS support before it became active. Maybe this only happened to me, but it left a bad first impression. Even now, within just 12 hours of using the VPS, there are still two of my support emails that are not answered. I believe this needs serious attention.

I chose ForexVPS because it was advertised as including MetaTrader 4/5 pre-installed, but it was not. Although installation is easy, this is misleading compared to the ad.

What disappointed me most was getting my first VPS, which was extremely poor and slow. Only after I complained did support replace it with a new VPS.
This was truly frustrating and wasted a lot of my time, which should have been spent with my system already running.

Honestly, this experience deserves only 2 stars.

Great solution so you can trade 24/7. Can be a bit tricky if you are not tech savvy but their tutorial videos and support are great! Highly recommend.
