Issues with Domain Redirects
I can't get a redirect from my domain to a www URL to be properly set up and stay working over time. I've sent multiple messages to support about it, but it's still not fixed. Pretty disappointing experience, to be honest.

Reliable host but I'm confused...
The hosting itself is reliable, but I really don't get how after so many years they don't update their offers.
All their competitors are moving forward, but Funio seems stuck in the past.
Stuff like their VPS plans are exactly the same as 10 years ago, prices and specs haven't changed.

Maher is very knowledgeable in his field. He can spot server problems that others miss, like when he helped restore a site and database backup with a huge database file. He also takes the time to answer all my questions and is super patient when I ask him to confirm details so I understand everything correctly. Solid 5 out of 5.

Don't expect much from support
This is my third attempt to get support from Funio on this. I have a cPanel account and they keep blocking emails if they're on an RBL, even when I actually *want* to receive those emails. There's no way to turn this off, or maybe their support just doesn't know how. They even claimed it's not their servers blocking it, but the RBL... which just shows they don't really understand the technical side.
