I tried this hosting provider yesterday. When I said no to sending a photo of my passport, they just decided to cancel everything, and I still haven't gotten my money back! Be careful, I really DO NOT recommend this company. It seems like they're a FRAUD hosting company that will take your data. My domain is now stuck with their NS records in its history. I can't clean it up... I've already lost 24 hours because of them, and this is just the start. Every minute lost costs me money. They don't even think about what they're doing, and of course, nobody will pay me back. I say avoid this hosting provider if you want to save time and money! My losses (the .io domain), I can't use it anymore because it was connected to this host, plus the cost of the service I paid for, all ruined because I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED. And yeah... they decided to leave my last question unread, no answer, and closed it. Oh, and it's also important that this mess affected four other mirror domains in these zones (.finance, .com, .digital, .network). These domains were very closely tied to the main .io one, and now I can't use them for anything either. Total losses are over $100 just for the domains.
