Okay, so first my WordPress was acting up and my client was really pressuring me. I was honestly freaking out, but the support team stayed so calm and professional with me. Then I had this whole mess with my DNS settings. My ticket ID was 3548279, and Ashish K. got my nameservers linked up properly, fixed the redirects and cleaned up the old stuff. I've been with Host Africa for more than a year now, and they've honestly shown me that good customer service and a real relationship is possible. You guys are awesome!
