Hostek Review

I was trying to make my website more secure by using a 'con.php' file for database access.
After spending a few days stuck on the issue, I asked Hostek support for help. Chris from their team broke down the problem and showed me exactly how to fix it.

I was completely locked out of my account because of my own mistake. I thought my email data was gone for good. Then I started a support chat with Stef.. in 5 minutes, no hassle, the problem was fixed. He stayed to make sure, and now he's on my Christmas card list. Great service! a nice change from the 'AI bots' that cause so much frustration. One small note for Hostek: on your website, it seems you need to be logged in to use 'Contact Us', so if you're locked out, that's not helpful. I had to create a new account to get help for the old one, which seems inefficient :)
