However, I find it hard to accept that such a major hosting provider doesn't offer managed VPS hosting. All their VPS servers are unmanaged, and they don't provide support, even if you purchase a paid control panel license.

The only problem I faced while setting my website up was the usability of their control panel (hPanel), while many features of the standard cPanel are there, it is not easy to manage your hosting account.
If you don't have previous experience with their panel, expect to spend some time exploring it as it will not be easy to set the the domain and hosting settings. An example is the DNS or Nameserver IPs of the hosting server that took me some time searching the internet trying to find them in order to point my domain to hostinger.
