Was pleasantly surprised to get instant answers from an actual support person who really knew what they were talking about. No dealing with any chatbots or automated responses, just straight to a knowledgeable human who helped me out. Made the whole thing so much easier.

Whenever I reach out for help, they get back to me fast and fix whatever's going on. No waiting around forever or getting passed from person to person. They just handle it right then and there which is exactly what you want when something's not working right.

Came in thinking I just had one small thing to fix but turns out there were a bunch of other issues I didn't even know about. They took care of everything for me. Really appreciate when people actually pay attention and fix things properly instead of just doing the bare minimum.

Got stuck moving my domain from another host and the support people were awesome. Cherry P, Jawel P and Derek B all helped me out at different times and every single one of them was fast and knew exactly what to do. They answered all my questions and I never felt like I was bothering them.

Needed someone to add a DNS TXT record for me and Cherry handled it perfectly. Didn't even have to explain much, she just did it and it was done. That's all I really wanted, someone who can just take care of it without any back and forth.

Hopped on chat thinking I had one issue but Hacene A ended up fixing two different things for me. He knew what he was doing and got it all sorted while we were talking. Real smooth experience.

I'm not super knowledgeable about this stuff so I really appreciated how Othman B explained everything. He was very clear and made sure I understood what was happening. When I needed something that was above his head he didn't just leave me hanging, he moved it up the chain and created a ticket for me. Felt like he actually cared about helping me out.

Called on a Saturday not expecting much honestly but the support guy was super polite and knew exactly what he was doing. Helped me fix my DNS records in about 10 minutes. I was grateful he took the time on a weekend to sort it out properly.

Was having trouble with Outlook and Hector fixed it quick. Didn't take long at all and he knew exactly what to do. Appreciate the fast help.

I call myself a tech toddler cause I really dont understand this stuff. But HostPapa makes it work anyway. They hold your hand through everything and are super helpful. They know what they're doing and fix all my issues. Would tell anyone to use them honestly.

The Advanced Email service is solid and the pricing is straightforward, no hidden fees or extra fluff. Tech support online is really quick too. Just had Jericho M help me fix an email delivery problem in about 5 minutes. Appreciate the fast help.

I gotta give 5 stars to Haithem Hemrit personally, he was excellent. Calm, knew what he was doing, patient with us. He seemed to fix our email problems but then the next day they stopped working again. Now we can't send email at all even though our settings are right. Feels like something deeper in their system is broken. Since Haithem we've talked to Alex, Carlos, and now Elyse is emailing us trying to help but we can't even write back because our email won't send. So we're using webmail. As of March 5th 1pm PT this still isn't fixed. Haithem deserves 5 stars but their customer service setup is frustrating.
