Inmotion really takes care of me - when I have trouble with my website, starting a chat is the best way and often they can fix whatever trouble I'm having.

InMotion always has great customer service. Whenever there's an issue with any of my sites or email, or I get an alert about something I don't get, they are always thorough, patient, and make sure the problem is sorted before ending the chat. They never try to sell me anything and chats get connected fast. I'd recommend them for hosting just based on the Customer Service. You know someday you're gonna need it...

Before I bought a high-end VPS from InMotion Hosting (IMH), I read lots of reviews saying negative things about IMH. I've been with them for about nine months now, and my experience has been nothing but great.

I had one small hiccup, but I chatted with support, and within 15 minutes they had it all fixed. Every time I chat in, it's no problem, and I hardly wait at all.

I think competitors are posting bad reviews to make people look somewhere else. Right now, I don't see any reason to leave IMH.

Vishal worked with me to redo my website. He replied to emails fast and was ready for scheduled ZOOM calls. He listened carefully to what I wanted and needed for the rebuild. I'm happy with how my site looks. Lots of backend things were updated, since I hadn't done any updates myself. It's easy to add my info and pictures to the site now.

I’ve been working with InMotion Hosting for nearly five years. While upgrading my server, I ran into some issues and reached out to customer support. Joshua W. spent an hour and a half on the phone and fixed everything. I’m leaving this review because of him! InMotion has been a great company to work with, and I’m looking forward to the next 5–10 years.

Update: Upgraded my server. Move completed. Been waiting in queue for almost 7 hours for a rsync. not good! Now my email is down. Going to lower my review to 3 star soon.

The support staff at InMotion are the best I've ever dealt with for a webhost. They always reply fast, even on holidays or late at night when I tend to work. Some of the issues have been pretty technical but they handle it and sort it out. I couldn't be happier.

And that's just one big thumbs up for InMotion. I pay for a VPS server and it's top quality. Between cPanel and WHM I have lots of control over my server which is nice. It's also a fast server so pages load quickly. Over the years I've tried many webhosts but InMotion is the best I've ever had.
