I've been a full service, freelance web designer for over 10 years. During that time I've used a number of hosting companies, until I found InMotion Hosting over 5 years ago. They are the absolute best at supporting WordPress and their dedicated Apache servers. Their support staff is what makes them different. They always go the extra mile.

If you are looking for a team of professionals to support your web design business from the hosting side, you really need to look at InMotion Hosting. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I recently had some serious problems while trying to move one of my websites from one InMotion Hosting account to another. I made many mistakes during the process, but Mr. Tavares C. was incredibly patient and professional.

At first, he carefully guided me step by step, explaining what I should do to fix the problem myself. When he saw that my technical knowledge was quite limited, he personally took over and did everything needed to make my website work again.

I've been using InMotion Hosting’s shared hosting plan for the past few months, and while there are definitely some good points, my overall experience has been just average.

On the good side, the setup was smooth, and their control panel (cPanel) is easy to use even for someone who isn’t very technical. I like that they include free SSL, email hosting, and good support options. Their knowledge base and guides are also helpful when fixing small problems.

However, what has been annoying is the occasional downtime and inconsistent website loading speeds. Sometimes my website takes noticeably longer to load, even with basic caching on and optimized images. I've also had short but unexpected outages a few times, which affects visitor trust and SEO.

Support is polite and replies fast, but sometimes it feels like they use scripted answers before actually dealing with the technical issue.

Overall, I'd rate my experience as 3 out of 5: good features and a reliable interface, but performance and uptime stability could be better. If InMotion can improve server reliability and site speed for shared hosting users, it would be a much stronger choice.

The Technical Representatives that I deal with at InMotion Hosting are always patient and helpful to me. I've never had a bad experience with them if I'm needing help with a problem!

I have been with this Host for over 10 years and had different servers/configurations etc. Support is above and beyond and had little issues of real concern and that were not fixed straight away on chat. I have just opened another account. The only downside is repeat hosting is at full price and doesn't give any discount for long term customers but that's a marketing issue. I still stayed.

Maitrey and team was very helpful. There was a bit of delay in her emails because of the different timezones but overall great experience!

I've been a client of InMotion Hosting since 2019. Since that time I've rarely had a problem and whenever I have one my issue has been fixed in a timely manner, usually very fast.

The most important thing to know is that no matter what the size of your hosting plan, when it comes to support you get treated fairly. I have a small plan, but they treat me like I'm an MVP.

InMotion has a top tier "in house" support team available 24/7. You get sent to the right technicians and engineers as needed without delay.

Besides support, InMotion products are top quality. I cannot imagine changing hosting providers.

The chat always works well. Jacob Ta. helped me figure out my email issues. I do wish the people at InMotion were trained on Joomla instead of only WordPress. Otherwise, they are at least able to send instructions to help fix the issue.

Support system is really great. Technical issue was fixed by support team immediately very smoothly.

It has been a smooth relationship for a number of years, very satisfied.

Petar J did a great job & got our e-mail accounts up & running within an hour of starting the chat.
We were hacked last week which caused changes we did not know about.
He even opened a ticket for us to try to resync & get back the 3.5 days of e-mails currently lost.
On the other side, the e-mails we sent over the weekend trying to do that were still not fixed.

I have worked with dozens of server companies, and developed / support dozens of sites... My main site is a complex, integrated platform. What makes INMOTION HOSTING the best is their systems administration / management. Most of the technicians are good, many excellent. Overall they are very helpful. I cannot name one. We rely on the great technical skill the administrators lead with. All I can say is thank you all. You have helped us a lot. Special thanks for the recent upgrade of our virtual server. Although I have very little technical knowledge, if you pick inhosting for hosting management, there is no need to fear, there is a technical team behind you that gives excellent support.
