The Reps kept in touch regularly about the service I asked for. They gave updates and asked questions to complete my request to my satisfaction. They very skillfully and successfully fixed all of my website issues.

The company is professional, always professional. The support is knowledgeable and pleasant. I get answers and help fast. I'm inexperienced, and when I moved to this host, they helped me all the way. The price is reasonable compared to my last provider, and that was a major reason I decided to try InMotion, but the service and pleasant attitude have made me happy about my choice.

I really like this company. I’ve been working with Inmotion since about 2021. It suits me fine because I tend to collect domains and I switch them out quite often. I don’t have to worry about hosting. They’re a little pricey but the support they offer, the technical support is brilliant. I’ve never had a problem they couldn’t solve and the guys are usually quite pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend this company for hosting your domains if you’ve got lots of businesses or you’re working with lots of domains. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I've stuck with InMotion Hosting since back in 2005.
Their control panel is straightforward for someone like me running a business without much tech know-how. I handle my emails and files just fine.

But the real key is getting through to their support folks quickly when I need them, which isn't often, maybe a few times yearly. They always fix whatever's wrong. Though, if they start shoving AI stuff in the way before I can talk to a person, I'd have to find another host.
Hope they stick with how things are now.

If you're after a solid host for an important business site, they're worth considering. One downside though is their email setup isn't the strongest. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for email to handle your operations better.
