In general, their support staff gets it right. But here's the thing: they appear short on people sometimes. Every so often, you hit someone clueless, or your ticket sits ignored for ages. Happens more outside of chat. Through chat, though, I've had urgent problems fixed in a flash. One time, the rep spent two hours piecing together details without bailing on me. That was solid.

Their VPS servers hold up well with lots of features. (Since cPanel upped prices, most use the clunkier but workable CWP7.) The solutions team offers good bang for the buck too. No point in having a full-time expert when you just need occasional adjustments. Would be better with pros in more time zones, but it's decent overall.

With everyone cutting corners on skilled help these days, InMotion stands out as a smart pick.
