i recently moved to interserver. i haven't done this process in decades so i expected problems. for the past 4 days i've been backing up 5 websites, creating domains in cpanel, making new databases, uploading akeeba backups, using kickstart to decompress and install each site with new passwords, then setting up new mailboxes and outlook configurations. it's been a real learning curve at my age of 77. but interserver's tech support was second to none. quick, thorough and focused replies made everything 100% successful. i thank them for their patience and extremely knowledgeable expertise. i believe i'll be happy with this host for another 20 years. life is good. thanks guys.

In my six months of use, the New Jersey data center had some issues but Los Angeles performed well. I can't accurately assess server performance because my traffic is low, but when my site gets a lot of crawlers the low config vps occasionally crashes. I had <4 connection issues in six months. Customer support was excellent and helped me switch data centers.

i've had a good overall experience so far. technical support has been responsive and helpful, especially when i misconfigured part of my setup and needed help restoring connectivity. recently my account was migrated to a new server and the transition went smoothly after updating dns as instructed. email and website services are working properly. in my experience the service has been reliable and support has been solid when needed.

we've used interserver to host our church website for several years and have had very good results. they're always quick to respond to questions. we've been so pleased that we just moved our domain name to interserver as well. i also found their site for account information much easier to navigate than our last domain site.
