Hey interserver team. Just wanted to drop a very enthusiastic review because you folks have genuinely made my VPS life way better than it has any right to be.

- Your pricing is ridiculously fair, great value that doesn't feel like budget bin treatment.
- Performance is snappy, uptime is set it and forget it reliable, and when i do need help your tech support is straight up awesome.
- Lightning fast responses, actual humans who know their stuff, and zero condescending did you try turning it off and on again vibes. Big shout outs to the rockstar tech team who always save the day: (Akshay, Bijin, John, Suparno, Prak, Sam, Binil, Anoop, Nagendra, Anzif, Dmitry, Sajan). You guys are the real MVPs.

i've been using their services for 7 years and i can't put into words how transparent this company is. they deliver the best service in the web hosting industry. i like their unrestricted space while other hosts restrict email accounts, space, addon domains. interserver doesn't. another reason is their price lock guarantee. other companies like hostinger charge double or triple upon renewal. i recommend everyone go with interserver anytime, especially their price lock plan, one of the best i've ever seen. one last tip from personal experience: choose a hosting company that has their own data centers. that lets them offer unrestricted services. i highly recommend this company for your web hosting needs.

i've used interserver for six years. i've contacted customer support occasionally over time. every time they've gotten back to me in one day or less. they always send back intelligent questions to narrow down the problem. they have never said that's not our problem, no matter how stupid my question is. the problem is always solved after chatting with them.

i asked for db_owner on my sql server and sandar responded within an hour that it had been done. i'm not sure why we're not assigned db_owner automatically to databases we create, but that's how it works right now. i appreciate the quick response and direct action.

InterServer gives really good services. I use both their Shared Hosting and a VPS, and both work great. Their Customer Support is also outstanding, they reply properly and on time. Many times they even answer tickets right away, at the same moment you send them.

This is the number one hosting service provider.
They have quality service, support is fast, and they guarantee 99.9 percent uptime.

I had problems adding my debit card to interserver.net. Just with a chat on the website, a ticket was made and within minutes, the problem was fixed. I call this "quick response"!

Great company, I've been using them for dedicated machine services for a few years and they are definitely my favorite.
Customer support is usually very fast to fix problems and understands what you're trying to do.
Pricing is some of the best out there and they don't use inflation as a reason to raise prices.

I am using their Storage VPS plan hosted in Los Angeles. The connection to Asia is very fast with always low ping.

The best part is the price: giving 1TB of storage for just $3 USD per month is crazy. I haven't found any other company that can give such huge space at this price. It is absolutely perfect for daily backups, like storing personal photos.

For network speed, the Ookla Speedtest results were amazing, with both upload and download speeds over 2000Mbps. Also, their customer support is top-level; my tickets were answered within an hour with good solutions. Given the price and quality, I couldn't be happier.

Interserver's 24/7 support is really appreciated. Every staff member I have talked to, including today's Sara, is amazingly professional. thanks so much.

Professional and fast help

Their services have been getting worse day by day. I’ve been using their hosting and VPS, which were okay at first, but over the past few months the performance has dropped a lot.

During busy times, my website goes down and the VPS becomes totally unresponsive. Whenever I make a complaint, the only suggestion I get is to upgrade the VPS RAM, even though everything works fine when it's not busy.

Instead of fixing the real problem and making their service better, they just push customers to buy more. This is disappointing and not the kind of support I expected. Even right now service is down, even their chat support. Even the Cloudflare error page shows that Browser (working) -> Cloudflare (working) ->Host (Error). but their staff keep saying, the site is working fine at our end. always one-line answers.

I've been a customer of this company for ten years and I love how they give full support to keep your business at the top.

I was with Interserver for two years, with a bare metal server that came at a price that was more than fair for what you get. They were extremely helpful setting up my server, even going so far as to install the operating system how I wanted when the IPMI functions of the server were a bit tricky during the install. The service has been trouble free, and if it were not for newly installed fiber which lets me run a server on site I would still be using their services.

Even the cancellation process was completely hassle free with no annoying questions about why I was canceling.

I recommend them to anyone who needs access to servers, and great service.

Working with this great, professional company, which started many years ago and without stopping, has changed from just managing a business into a truly nice experience.

I have been using a VPS with Interserver for several years.
Rarely is there a problem, but today I couldn't get into my server. It turns out that when I replaced my wifi router I got another IP address that my firewall blocked.
Of course, I didn't know this, but when I put in a support ticket, they had everything figured out in no time.

First and very important- they get back with you quickly which makes you less worried. The fixes are direct and again fast.

I needed hassle-free hosting for a few small websites, mostly WordPress, without spending a lot.
