I had a great experience with InterServer.

The support team answered fast and were professional, especially when I upgraded my VPS slice.
They handled the problem with care, explained things clearly, and made sure everything was fixed right.

The server runs stable after the upgrade, and the support person (Tech Sajan Samuel) was helpful and didn't rush me. I'd tell others to use them for VPS and good support.

I want to say a real thank you to the InterServer technical support team, especially Akshay Pradeep, Rahul Renjeev, Renjith R S, and Prak C. The help given was amazing, showing a high level of technical skill, speed, and real want to fix the problem. The whole time, the team stood out for being professional, paying attention, and communicating clearly. The customer support has been dependable and polite, and my network has been up 100% for the month I've used their services. InterServer gives you a lot for your money, and I'd say try their platform for any hosting needs.

I had a problem where my subdomain WordPress site got deleted by mistake, including the files and database. The InterServer support team handled it like pros. They got the website files back from a backup and then helped with the database so the site worked exactly like before. The support people answered fast, were patient, and knew their tech stuff. They explained each step clearly and kept going until it was completely fixed. Overall, a very reliable hosting company with strong technical help. I'm thankful for the help from the InterServer team, especially Anzif Azeez.

It's good but the migration missed a bunch of stuff and it took two tries to even get it to this point.
I'm not going to complain about the price though! It's cheaper than even getting the cheapest Google Workspace account just for emails.

I had to do some updates to some content management sites. I ran into a few problems and the tech staff was very helpful getting the issues fixed.

I originally ordered an AMD Ryzen 5900X dedicated server from InterServer.

Because of stock problems and a small delay at the start, the team told me honestly and then did something almost no other hosting company does: They upgraded my server for free to a much more powerful setup:
- Mainboard: B650D4U
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9900X (12 cores)
- RAM: 96GB DDR5 5600MHz
- Disk: Crucial 4TB NVMe SSD
This hardware is way better than what I ordered, and they gave it to me at no extra cost.

That kind of honesty and respect for customers is really rare. Performance is excellent, the server handles heavy work without problems. The network is stable, storage is super fast, and everything was delivered as described or better.

Support has also been fast and helpful. Even when I had a small 1-hour port issue on the first day, they fixed it fast and communicated clearly.

The only thing to know is InterServer doesn't give refunds, so you should be sure before buying.
But besides that, their reliability, honesty, and willingness to upgrade customers when stock isn't available is something I really appreciate.

After lots of research and detailed questions we got a dedicated server from InterServer more than 3 years ago and because their support was so impressive, we got two more dedicated servers and are thinking about getting another one now. We can confidently say we'll stick with them for good.

I've been using Interserver for about 3 years now. Their uptime and support are the best.

Today I accidentally replaced one of my websites, I contacted the support team on live chat, and within 10 to 15 minutes they were able to give me the last backup and restore the website for me. Honestly Interserve saved me.

I'm using both Windows VPS and .net hosting package.

Their VPS offerings are pretty good for the money and handle most tasks well. I was using them mainly for personal WireGuard setups and some other projects.

Everything was fine until I decided to set up my own email server. I contacted support to get port 25 opened, explaining it was just for personal use with minimal traffic and no spam. Even though I gave all the details, they asked me to repeat everything. It felt like they just didn't want to help with port 25. I didn't push it and ended up switching to another provider. Pretty let down by how they dealt with my request.

My website is hosted here now. I have a really good feeling about it. Thanks for the great service, everything works perfectly.
