Interserver is the best host in the world. Their servers are great and very cheap. I have been using them for a while and I have had nothing but a good experience with the product and support. I highly recommend them.

The support team was exceptionally attentive and responsive.
However, the control panel's user interface left much to be desired, and I encountered recurring billing issues each month. Despite these drawbacks, I found their hosting products to be quite satisfactory.

InterServer offer generous resources at affordable prices and that is their main strength. Their support team is very helpful and responsive too.

However, the control panel really needs a complete redesign, the UI is not good and seems outdated.
Having it built in-house by you should make it easier for you to improve it overtime... Unfortunately, that did not happen till now :(
