I love your services! There are no problems except sometimes, maybe once a week, I have to reload my servers to get them to work. They start working normally after reloading. It's not a big issue, but there's room for improvement.

It's a great solution
I have been using a VPS from them for my personal VPN for over a year now, and I can confidently say I am very satisfied with its performance. The service is stable and has a high quality connection, which is extremely important for work and other things. During the entire time of use, I haven't had any complaints. I also appreciate the level of service provided by the support team!
Easy start, great availability, non-transparent payment
What I liked:
- It was easy to register, create a new server and get it running.
- Servers are available in many countries.
- There's a variety of payment methods.
What I did not like:
- Initially it was possible to pay using VISA/Mastercard (and I did pay using this method), but it disappeared afterwards.
- It is possible to pay for a year when creating a new server, but when the server is renewed, I was only able to renew it for the same period as the initial one (1 month).
It would be great if I could try the server for 1 month, and if I liked it, to be able to pay for a year.

We appreciate your work on VPN services! But the Chinese government banned the IP, and TCP service is no longer available, which might be due to the default port:50000, according to some analysis. I hope port editing is opened to the public in the future, or we will look for another VPN provider perhaps.
Shady business scam
It's a scam, they sold me a VPS service but it was not in the location they advertise. Then I asked for a refund right after but they did not refund the money to my card. Very shady business, please be careful before signing up.

No refund for balance
For my part I do not suggest buying anything on this site. I have been waiting for months for a refund of my account balance because their servers were slow to be activated, but when you go to pay something they charge you more than what is in the order. Another detail is that they responded but they tell me that they do not issue refunds, but this is not mentioned anywhere when you go to pay.
