Kinsta refuses to address business impersonation, violates their own ToS
Kinsta's handling of a site on their platform that impersonates my business is totally unacceptable. The site shows my business name, phone number, and my professional license number, creating false affiliation and misleading consumers in my regulated Texas industry. I reported this with evidence of impersonation and false designation under the law. They disabled outbound email but refuse to suspend the site, wrongly insisting on DMCA procedures even though this clearly isn't a copyright issue. In my opinion, Kinsta is violating its own Terms of Service sections about misleading content, malicious activity, legal compliance, and suspension authority. Despite multiple notices, the issue continues because their customer won't remove my info even after being legally notified they have no authorization. I'm now filing complaints with the FTC, Texas AG, and other agencies. I'll share my experience on BBB, Google, Reddit, and elsewhere. For businesses in regulated fields, this is a warning: don't support this company because they enable impersonation and consumer confusion. Update: Kinsta finally blocked public access to the site with my info. I'm not changing my one star review because I had to submit a formal legal notice citing their own ToS to get them to act. This was an obvious legal issue they should have handled immediately. To Kinsta, thanks for finally doing what you were supposed to do.
