KnownHost Review

I've been suggesting KnownHost to my clients for some time. Recently their support team really surprised me with how good they were. The service quality, how well everything runs, and the help I get are all excellent. Big thanks to the team!

KnownHost doesn't offer phone support and I've noticed their billing department sometimes makes errors. But they're pretty quick to respond, know what they're doing, and are actually helpful. This matters a lot when you're first moving your website and domain over to them.

They use NameSilo for domains which has a control panel that's easy to use and some other good points. Their email support replies super fast.. you'll get an answer just minutes after opening a ticket. If there's something the first person can't handle, it gets passed up to the team leader or even to senior management. Jonathan K. from management is really professional.

Compared to other hosts I've tried, KnownHost comes out on top. I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.

I've had a VPS with KnownHost since 2017, using their managed service, and it's been really good.

First off, I can hardly remember any times when the server was down in all these years. Also, whenever I've needed to contact support, they reply quickly and actually solve the problem. The support team is helpful and they've done more than I expected several times.

I'd definitely recommend KnownHost if you need managed VPS hosting. Having help available anytime of day is really valuable and has helped me out of tough spots more than once.

Overall, for what they offer and in this market, KH provides a solid service. Their customer support is excellent - the staff are helpful and reply fast.
